I can no longer marry Joe Mauer! He got engaged to his girlfriend of a year and half! I am happy for them and wish them the best! I am sad that Joe is off the market though!

Facebook Fight
I witnessed over that last few days a fight on facebook between a few kids from my high school. These children, yes children even though legally they are adults they sure as hell don’t act like it, were younger than me although through siblings me age I knew a few of them. This fight started when a young couple, who I have seen go in and out of a relationship over their high school years, posted a pic of the tattoo the young man got. He had it on his chest and it had her name and their anniversary. Now personally I am not a fan of tattoo with names on it because I believe you are a young person this relationship may not work out and then you permanently have this persons name on your body. But if that’s what you want to do that is fine with me.
Anyways the first comment on this photo was “I’m sorry…what?” now in my mind I took that is just complete shock nothing mean or hurtful. The next comment took on a mean tone and were quickly responded to by the young man in the photo. Through out these comments I learned that there had being cheating by both parties through out their high school romance. Now we have both the young man and young lady fighting back. Now this is the funny part why did the first girl, the one who started the fight, have to comment in the first place. People are just so stupid.
But so now this fight has grown even more and another young man who it seems this young lady may have cheating on with her now current boyfriend has joined the fight. In the heat of the moment current boyfriend said to ex-boyfriend “why don’t you go kill your self no one would care.” Now I know ex-boyfriend through a class in high school he is emotionally stable and from his comments didn’t seem to take it seriously but what if that wasn’t the case this could have and still is a serious concern.
What I find even more upsetting is the young man who made this comment also made it clear that he was part of the US Military, the Marines to be exact. This is a horrible reflection of the Marines that a young man who is making comments like this, and referring to smoking pot too, is in their branch or any branch for that matter.
I FIND IT DISGUSTING that a facebook fight as made it this far! I am disappointed to see this young people treating each other like this and being so immature. Now I am not saying I don’t see things on facebook that I make fun of or think are stupid but I never comment on them letting that person know. There is NO REASON that I should ruin their happiness over my opinion on this or any reason I feel that I need to fight with them over what they do with their life.
The one ray of sunshine through this entire fight is the young man that commented every few post with things like “ELE (Everybody Love Everybody)” or “Smile Jesus loves you” or inspirartional love quotes he was humorous and tried to ease the tension and stop the fight.
These children and how they acted to each other and their HOLIER THAN THOU attitude the portrayed through out their time at school was the reason the upper class-men when they were freshman and sophomores disliked them. They are immature and need to grow up. Sadly I don’t see that happening in the near future. They are a disgrace to the millennials generation.
